Stress Management Class

Happy  Thursday!

Well yesterday I've went to a in-house training by our Training Team for VADS Berhad, Stress Management Class. Basically in the class, we've learn all the tools to indicate and identify our stressors. "Stressor" here simply mean  the root cause of the stress. 

And seriously it is a wake up call for me! Our Life Stress Map (LSM) divided into 6 category : 

1. People 
2. Money 
3. Work 
4. Leisure 
5. Mind 
6. Body 

And every single one of them, are holistically inter-related to each other.  Lucky me, unlike others, my Money Stressor were actually the 2nd lowest score with only 7 while People Stressor are at 5. Thank to God that I've my side income (basically which contribute the same amount of income with my day-to-day job tho) - money was not one of my contribution for stress! 

From the above LSM, you guys could see that the only 2 stressor in the YELLOW zone are Leisure and Mind. This score based from a StressMap survey which was recommended to be conducted every month to ensure that the LSM score to be accurate. A lot of techniques and tools had been shared from the facilitator herself Jamie Poo. Obviously it is a new information / knowledge that I simply can't resist to share with my team as soon as possible. 

Managing the Expectation

We also learn few yoga poses and how to do meditation effectively to achieve the relaxing black screen! And we also have an assignment for 30 days challenges to ensure that what we have learnt yesterday will be applied into our daily life. 

Seriously I'm blessed to be working here where the development of each of its family members being the main priority - regardless of the levels, whether you are in the management team or even simply an agent. 

Same goes with my business team in GLAM by Hanis Haizi. Even though, it is only my part time job, with a simple mindset to gain few dollars extra monthly - which bascially turn out a little bit higher than my pay-day income - development is the key to ensure that every franchisee will be successful Glampreneur. To achieve the financial and time freedom is the aim - with the guidance and lead by mentors, leaders, side-partners and even via all the free classes and training provided - In Sha Allah, the success will come to those who willingly to learn and work.

Diamond Night - Entry #1

Yuhhuu!!

 

Salam Selasa semuanya. By the way, hari ini Isis nak update about Diamond Night yang berlangsung pada hari Sabtu malam minggu lepas di Malaysia International Exhibition & Conventional Centre (MIECC) di Mines Sri Kembangan. Memang sangat-sangat excited rasa dihati sebab ini adalah event pertama sejak Isis mula berbisnes!

Anyway, for this event, this year, since Isis tidak la naik stage macam event-event di VADS, so Isis just pakai baju sedia ada sahajalah. Tapi of course, make-up dan hair do kene la grand. So untuk event kali ini, Isis tempeh Vee Muhamad. Well, Isis dah a few times la make up dengan Kak Vee - masa Supermodel Search 2008 and also International Queen Pageant 2006.

And I'm in love with the lipstick color though!

Suasana kt ruang legar MIECC tu memang penuh sesak. Sebab event ini sebenarnya untuk memberi penghargaan kepada semua agen-agen pengedar dalam syarikat yang Berjaya capai peringkat Diamond Sales Manager, Double Diamond Sales Manager & Car Fund Achiever untuk tahun 2012. Basically dalam senarai invitation, ada 6,000 invitation tickets yang dikeluarkan. Untuk seluruh Malaysia ok!

 The Food yang dihidangkan oklah. Cause Isis bukan jenis yang kuat melantak. Tapi Isis suke fillet fish with portugese sauce (as per stated dalam menu la kan). Sampai licin Isis makan - bukan di pinggan Isis tapi dalam bekas lauk yer. Buruk perangai. Dah memang sedap nak buat macam mana.

 



Dalam sibok bergambar beramai-ramai masa group photo, Isis ditegur oleh Wan. Wan ni sebenarnya kawan to Fieqar - my business partner. But Fieqar couldn't make it. Basically, in this business and such a small world - pusing-pusing orang kawan kawan jugak dalam business ni. Hiks!

Khamis Khamis semua!!

Today punya entry will be just a short one. Just nak buat sambungan entry G.L.A.M class last week dengan upload video celebration CDM Shaliza Aziz. 

If you guys read my previous entry,pada hari Ahad, G.L.A.M Class #2, , ada celebration last week untuk celebrate CDM Shaliza Aziz naik pangkat ke level CDM. Well, team under Shaliza Aziz ini memang ramai yer semua. Imagine, Hanis Haizi memperkenalkan Shaliza Aziz ni tak sampai 45 saat, whole team nak ke depan naik stage je dah lebih 10 minit. Sampai phone Isis tak dapat nk record die berucap. LOL.

G.L.A.M Class #2 - May Celebration

Hi People! 

Seperti yang Isis janji dalam entry G.L.A.M Class #1 semalam, Isis akan update one special entry about May Celebration.

Well, once a month, di dalam G.L.A.M class we'ols akan buat celebration untuk all achievers yang telah mencapai : 

1. 100G Awards 
2. Car Fund Entitlement 
3. CDM

So semalam kami semua meraikan seorang lagi business partner, Shaliza Aziz yang telah pun mendapat pangkat CDM di dalam G.L.A.M. In total now mereka yang telah mencapai level CDM in G.L.A.M ada di dalam 30 orang.

Bukan senang tau nak dapat CDM ni. Requirement die mesti buat RM 2mil retail sales point. And Sha Aziz managed to achieve that within 1 year and 10 months. Itulah orang cakap, kalau kita sudah tau teknik die senang sahaja sebenarnya nak buat. Interesting kan?

Shaliza Aziz tahan sebak masa say her thanks and appreciation to all especially her husband. 

Sebelum ini, Sha Aziz ni kerja dengan HSBC and sekarang full time berbisnes sahaja. Iyer la - kalau dah income monthly minimum pun RM 40,000 takkan nak buat as part time. Full time keje HSBC dengan range gaji below RM 9000 macam kelakar pula. Hihi.

G.L.A.M Class #1 - Time Management & Team Work

Semalam Friday, 14th June 2013 - seperti hari-hari Jumaat yang lain, memang Isis yang busy dan padat dengan aktiviti. Bukan bermaksud hari-hari lain bersenang-lenang, tetapi memang sampai sahaja hari Jumaat Isis terus jadi excited. Sebab apa? Because Friday ada 

G.L.A.M Class in Taman Tun Dr. Ismail!!

Huhu!Selalunya setiap kali ada G.L.A.M Class akan ada 3 module yang akan diajar. Tetapi memandangkan semalam ada celebration day, so ada 2 module sahaja. 

CDM Naa Kamaruddin sebelum beliau memulakan her presentation.

Module pertama dibentangkan oleh CDM Naa Kamaruddin adalah mengenai Time Management. Sememangnya Naa Kamaruddin ni cantik okay. Setiap kali dia present, Isis suka gila tengok mata dia. Memang mata dia cantik. Orang kelantan. Tapi tidak lah sampai tahap hendak cungkil mata dia. Tapi teringin juga nak tahu contact lense apa dia pakai ... 

Anyway Time Management module ini Naa Kamaruddin menyentuh mengenai bagaimana a full-time business person nak manage time mereka dan bagaimana a part-time business person nak manage time mereka disamping organize and prioritize other tasks as well - kerja, family & friends.

Ebby, one of my officemate was invited by Nuri. First datang class, sharing pun belum tapi bersungguh menyalin dan kusyuk mendengar apa yang diajar oleh Naa Kamaruddin

Module kedua dibentangkan oleh tidak lain tidak bukan, business moghul yang masuk magazine sana sini, CDM Hanis Haizi. Hanis mengajar, well more to share her experience dan teknik TEAM WORK sebenarnya. The importance of team work, apa sebenarnya yang diperlukan untuk membentuk satu team work yang kuat di dalam bisnes dan apakah berbeza team work in G.L.A.M compare to others kind of team work.

As usual, bila Hanis buka mulut je - memang tang ngantok langsung. Dan kita terus automatik menjadi sangat bersemangat. She has an aura and tone dia bercakap memang boleh buat kita terdiam dan berfikir seketika. Memang Isis suka dengar dia bile dia bercakap! Seriously. Such an inspirational and motivation speaker.

Selepas habis sharing session oleh Hanis, we'ols proceed dengan celebration untuk bulan May. Tapi Isis akan update esok. Satu entry khas untuk celebration tersebut. And our class end with O-Group as usual. It is actually a 10-minutes of motivational by Top Leaders untuk make sure kami semua terus bersemangat di dalam bisnes ini. Well, somehow, it is a 10-minutes talk from a person yang dah successfully earn RM40K minimum on monthly basis. So, every single tips given is so valuable!
