Setelah bersawang seketika - akibat kesibukkan bekerja dan berbisnes - Isis update lagi blog kesayangan ini. Well, it is all about Reward & Recognition!

 

Walaupun sebenarnya Isis rasa sudah lambat update - well, this event sebenarnya sudah pun berlangsung last Tuesday. Diadakan di Puchong Financial Corporate Centre, Bandar Puteri dan bertemakan,

Dilancarkan oleh our General Manager, Mr Saravanan. Even though, it is a very simple event (tidak lah grand sangat sampai nak buat di hotel bla bla bla ...) but still, it does give a huge impact in motivating the working levels and all the staff to strive better! Like what they always said,

 

"The small things that makes the differences"

Agreed kan? Hehe ...

CCAM 2013 - Unifi Photoshoot

Yippy Semua!

It is almost October and obviously, CCAM is just around the corner! So sebenarnya pada waktu sekarang, mostly semua call centtre kan busy dengan buat write-up, video shoot and montage and even simple photoshoot untuk CCAM nomination.

Apa CCAM ini? Well, briefly Isis akan explain. CCAM stands for Contact Centre Award Malaysia. It is actually an award to recognized all members and workers in the contact centre field and penaung kepada CCAM is actually Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor. Achievements in CCAM is recognized by Kementerian Sumber Manusia and once you dapat an award - either indiviual or a whole centre, trust me, you CV worth 5 figure salary. Sebab nak menang an award in CCAM sangat-sangat susah dan mencabar ok! I know because I dah menang last year for Best Supervisor Malaysia. Well we are going to talk about that in a special entry!

Anyway,last Friday 14th June 2013, all managers for Unifi Contact Centre terpaksa la datang office in Puchong seaawal 9 pagi untuk photoshoot. Me included obviously!This pictures will be put in our centre write up untuk nomination Best Centre Above 100 seats.

Well, untuk pengetahuan u'ols, managers Unifi Centre ini mostly very young at age and so that explain why kepala kami semua macam gila sikit. Haha. When most other call centres yang bertanding attach a formal group picture - we decided to turn the table around and snap the below pictures. Theme : Crazy Hats.

Nuri siap bagi amaran, baju mesti color block in her email invites. Hahaha. but the pictures turn out great and obviously like what they said, a picture worth a thousand words.

So macam mana dengan weekend u'ols semua? Hopefully it is a blast - as mine did very well as plan! Well, hari ini Monday mark a new day for the week. and eventually, hari ini bermulalah secara formal dan rasminya re-alingment department Operation Excellence.

Di sini Isis nak ucapkan good luck kepada my now ex-staff, Mohd Hilmi Murtaza or we cal him as Emi. Sekarang ini, start daripada hari ini, Emi no longer report kepada Isis tetapi directly kepada my counterpart, Mawarni as Telekom Non-tech Operation Excellence team. 

And also alang-alang itu, Isis juga hendak mengucapkan welcometo my 2 new staffs, Farid and Najmiyah! Welcome to the Technical Operation Excellence u'ols!! *wink wink*
